I have always been happy with all my dealings with this company. I have car and home insurance at a group rate. Good prices especially for home insurance. The one time I used the roadside assistance someone showed up to deal with my flat tire on a night when the weather was terrible (winter snow and ice storm). They showed up in 12 minutes! I had a car full of kids coming from a birthday party and we sat in the car while the spare was put on. :)

I felt very comfortable dealing with Johnson Insurance. She was very calm, happy person who communicated very clearly on all my options for car insurance. She made something complicated seem easy and clear. I appreciate the personable approach to business. I will recommend anyone to check out this insurance company. :-)

Easy to navigate phone system to speak with a real agent. Agents are friendly, knowledgeable and resolve service quickly. Even when have to be transferred to another agent they are efficient and you do not have to explain your situation all over again. Rates were excellent for me and I even got a discount for my house insurance because I have my car insured with Johnson too. I felt listened to and felt the agents understood and resolved my issue quickly. They even didn't mind me chatting about my family in Newfoundland where most of the agent are from! Amazing company.

Been With Johnson Insurance for a fair amount of years now, and never have I had a bad service call. Staff are very friendly. Knowledgeable and Willing to give you what you need or require and suggest options. Most even have a great sense of Humour. One rate past years their Service has improved immensely. keep up the great Service

Their customer service representatives have all been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have had nothing but the best service including when my car was in an accident as well. They made everything easy for me to understand and I knew what was going on the through the whole process. Great service and I’m so glad I switched to them.

We have been with Johnson insurance for over 20 years and they have always puts our concerns and insurance needs first . I trust their honest opinions with guiding us for the best protection and feel confident when they suggest we do not a certain coverage also .
